Customer statements with 30/60/90-day ageing, from the export you already have.

Xero’s customer statements don’t show an ageing breakdown. Drop in an aged receivables or invoice export and Ageline makes one PDF statement per customer, each with a Current / 1–30 / 31–60 / 61–90 / 90+ day table and every open item. You get them all in one ZIP, plus an ageing summary. Nothing is uploaded: the files are read and the PDFs made in your browser.

1. Your business details (printed on every statement)

Saved in this browser only, so you don’t have to type them again.

2. Your receivables export

Xero’s Aged Receivables Detail report, exported to Excel (.xlsx), is the safest choice. Xero exports reports as PDF, Excel or Google Sheets. A CSV saved from Excel or Google Sheets also works, but in many regions it is written with a decimal comma (1.234,56): Ageline detects this, and asks you to choose under “Amounts in the file” when it cannot tell. An invoice export works too. It needs invoice numbers, dates and amounts.

No export to hand?

Free: the ageing summary covers every customer, and statement PDFs are made for the first 3 customers in each batch. The Practice plan makes them for every customer.

Ageing on customer statements is a long-standing, much-voted request on Xero’s product ideas forum: “Customer Statements – Ageing 30/60/90days”. Ageline is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Xero. Xero is a trademark of Xero Limited.

Also from us: Carrytick turns client bank statement PDFs into Xero import files and checks every row against the printed balance.
