It reads an aged receivables or invoice export in your browser and makes one PDF customer statement per customer, each with an ageing table (Current, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90 and over 90 days) and the open items, plus an ageing summary spreadsheet.

How the Practice plan works
- Subscribe above. Checkout is handled by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record.
- When checkout completes, this browser is unlocked and you see your license key (it starts with
txn_). - Colleagues paste the key into Ageline. Their browser checks it and remembers it. Only the key is sent, never your export.
Questions
What file do I need? Xero’s Aged Receivables Detail report exported to Excel (.xlsx). Xero exports reports as PDF, Excel or Google Sheets, not CSV; Excel is the safest choice. A CSV saved from Excel or Google Sheets also works; in many regions it uses a decimal comma (1.234,56), which Ageline detects, and when it cannot tell it asks you to choose. An invoice export also works. It needs invoice numbers, dates and amounts due. Add a contacts export if you want customer emails and addresses on the statements.
What is a batch? One export file. The free version makes PDFs for the first 3 customers in it; the ageing summary always covers everyone.
Does Ageline email my customers? No. You download the PDFs and send them from your own email, so you decide who gets what.
Is it connected to Xero? No. Ageline is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Xero. It works only on files you export yourself.
How do I cancel? Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or email us and we will cancel for you. See Terms.
